I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I received my Bachelors’ degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University in 2010 and my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University in 2014. I utilize a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to create a collaborative relationship with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
I have been working in the mental health field since 2012 and have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in school, outpatient, and residential settings. I focus on empowering clients to help themselves while providing a supportive and safe environment where clients can challenge themselves to grow utilizing several modalities such as Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
