Ely is dually licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist, she feels passionately about bringing people together, whether it is in their own families or in their communities. Ely is EMDR and DBT trained, and also is trained to practice Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy.
Ely enjoys partnering with her clients to discover new ways to solve problems, create alternative responses to stress and triggers, and to deepen connection with self and others. Ely genuinely enjoys both supporting and witnessing transformations that empower and bring about improved quality of life in her clients. With over a decade of experience providing therapy, Ely is prepared to get to work with you on a number of concerns, most notably struggles with extreme emotions, addressing persistent feelings of disconnection or numbness.
